root kit problem need help badly

hey guyz i have this root kit trojan on my other desktop. Could anyone please suggest the best rootkit remover out there. I have tried using pccillin and webroot spy sweaper but still the little bugger is still there. I need help badly. :mad:

firstly its a dell and i dont have the drivers for the pc casue its old. secondly i need to know how to get it off. Reinstalling the os is not always a good idea even though it solves the problem.
