Clearly an article written by someone from Bristol. Cadbury is Birmingham and still has an enormous factory there. In fact the Mondelez global chocolate research HQ is there.
Since Mondelez ownership they are making more chocolate in the UK than ever.

When the american Mondelez stopped caring about what their overseas Cadburys operation were up to, its presumably cheaper and no-one cares what those brits think anyway.
