Roswell....

I tend to be a "I'll believe it when I see it" kind of girl. I think it's a possibility they exist but i'm open minded about whether the pictures and video I've seen about Roswell is real or not.

When I was younger I said to my dad "I don't think aliens exist".
His response was "Don't be damn stupid!!! They must do, what do you think those paintings were that they found on cave walls!!!"

As for Roswell the program - I loved it :D and actually own the box sets..ooh yeah!
 
My first thoughts are that you sir, are probably a nutter.

Second thoughts are to agree with the solution proposed by Acid.
 
Project mogul was to do with a balloon to spy on Russia, but why did the air force base order five child size coffins from the local undertakers if it was just a balloon.

Why would they order 5 child sized coffins if it was aliens?

You don't just stick something like that in a grave, you stick it in preservative and study it for the next 100 years.

was there, got any concrete proof that such an order was recieved, If if they did what else was happening at the time, was it a live on base. CTs can't even decide where the crash was and a lot of memories and testimony came out years later after memories had been distorted by media.

Exactly. Do you really think they would just burry an alien. It would be studied and if hey where going to get rid of it, it would be burnt.

exactly after all it is biohazardous waste. it's either going to be incinerated or destroyed by Supercritical water oxidation like chemical weapons.

Maybe they had 5 children to bury or 5 midgets that could fly in a small aircraft?

It was the cold war, lots of weird experiments were happening.

Or more likely they never ordered them at all the guy made it up to get a couple of dollars/some fame...
 
Teki, I have also seen 3 UFOs in my lifetime.
This means it was something in the sky that I couldn't explain but for 2 of them there was an explanation.
One was in the mid 70s when a UFO had the whole street out and 2 coppers turned up.
My next door neighbour came out, looked up and announced it was a hovering Harrier Jump Jet - he was right.
If he hadn't come out I'd be telling a story how 50 of us watched a UFO for 10 minutes.

I knew there would be an explanation but up until that point I had never heard of Chinese Lanterns and that is definitely what I saw.

The 3rd one is still unexplained but I know there is a normal explanation.
It was seen by 100s of people outside Victoria Hall on the night Wild Horses were gigging (Thin Lizzy breakaway band).
We were all doing the hand sign and 5 note music from Close Encounters while watching it hover overhead.
It went in a straight line where it was reported over Mow Cop in The sentinel the following night.

I'd absolutely love Aliens land in their craft but it isn't going to happen because I think we are unique.
