Hello everyone..
I've currently got a RANGEMAX™ NEXT WIRELESS N ADSL 2+ MODEM ROUTER - DG834N. It's working perfect and the internet is working fine. The only problem is the signal is not getting pushed far enough through the house and stops at around the kitchen area.
I have a second router which is a linksys WAG54GS. I hoped i could sit this near the kitchen allowing me to gain a bigger wireless coverage area.
Ive never done bridging before so ask if someone could direct me through the settings.
Below are my settings for my netgear (connected to telephone socket) and is working fine.
For the linksys im not very sure what options to select or what to enter.. I have two options for bridging
which MODE should I use?
do i enable dhcp on the second router?
If anyone could fill out the form with the correct information that would be ideal.
BRIDGE MODE ONLY
RFC 1483 Bridged
Thanks a lot!
