Indeed. Some harsh comments above. Before the Olympics, they were no where. They've had a poor season, so to go and put in two good races when it really mattered, was a lot more impressive than the above posters give them credit for.

Yeah, Grainger is 40 and took 2 years off after London 2012 and these 2 were basically outsiders for any medal.

Yeah I'm an armchair expert, only ever rowed for pleasure as prefer kayaking as there are more stretches of graded water in Wales than flat water.

Anyway, we have been found wanting in nearly all events when it comes to mindset and mental strength.

Anyway I'm off to tow a mobile workshop back in rush hour, so that should be fun.
