Bought an eye tracking device for star citizen last month, didn't like it so initiated a return within the 30 day money back period, post via RM tracked International 3-5 day paid for insurance as the item cost £280.

Posted on the 12th December it arrived in Sweden on the 18th, and it's been stuck in customs ever since.

It was correctly labelled as a returned product along with item description and value

RM won't do anything until its 20 days past its delivery date (there is none) and I have no idea how to get hold of the Swedish customs to find out why its held up.

Obviously I expected some delay due to Xmas but its nearly a month, yet when i ordered the tobii device it was shipped and delivered in a day!

Sounds like a Swedish customs fail and nothing to do with RM

yeah - Not sure how this is a Royal Mail issue.... Swedish Customs/delivery on that side that's the issue.

@OP - Can you contact the place your returning to and request they chase it up from their end being they are in the same country etc......

Lol.

Yeah speed is not their forte
Probably flooded with crap from temu.
Lycka till :p

Goto postnord.se and put the UK tracking in. See if it's been handed over... Tbh it was Xmas just hope it's not gone/decided wrongly tax needed to be paid.

It's also possible it's not going onward with Postnord but another company like DB shenker, bring or DHL.
That's really common up in my part of the country.

Irony in a tracking device going missing.

Also, RM did their job and got it back to Sweden. Something has gone wrong after that.

Much as RM receives my ire (no mail for an entire week then a pile of letters lands on my doormat this morning, and every single one is addressed to the wrong address) this is an issue with swedish customs

That's pretty common now in most area's I get mail once a week at best.

Guess it's not a RM issue then and entirely down to Swedish customs. Checked the delivery partner for RM and it basically says the same. Nothing.
