Well, I ordered a mouse from OcUK about 2-3 weeks ago, and, despite RM having delivered to my address previously several times without a hitch, the mouse still hasn't arrived. About a week and a bit ago, OcUK sent me out a second mouse, which still hasn't arrived.

So yeah. Any reason why it hasn't arrived yet other than being stolen by RM? There hasn't been a card, I've had nothing but awesome customer service from Oc (thanks 5ub :D), and I'm not sure what else to do.

Thanks guys :)

I believe you can contact RM and make a claim on there lost post system. I would imagine that OC have proof that it was posted but not sure about that wouldnt hurt to ask i suppose.

We regularly get mail for another place down the road, always when there is a different postie, is there any chance they have your address confused?

You must have the worlds most dishonest postman doing your rounds, i've never known anyone have so much go missing, sending or receiving.

With your RM record im amazed you dont pay for another carrier

Because this doesn't happen usually? It seems to only be with parcels. I've once met the postie on a different road looking for my flat, and we seem to have a different one every week.

RM lost 8Gb of RAM Ocuk sent to me and i've had 2 packages from da bay turn up pilfered of their contents, was around the Christmas holidays those two.

Check with your depot to make sure they arent holding it (correct amount of postage not paid, cant find your address) etc

I had a couple of things not arrive and assumed they were lost or stolen. Incidentally i had to go pick something up from the depot, which i wasnt in to sign for, only to discover they also had two other parcels there for me being held with charges to be paid.

On another item (again charges to be paid due to not enough postage being paid by the sender) it took the 3-4weeks for them to send out a slip to let me know i had a package waiting at the depot, so well worth giving them a call or popping down in person to ask if any parcels are being held for you.

I am waiting for a £60 Biltong order. I have had the order resent once and the replacement is overdue it is meant to take 2 days and was sent on Wednesday.

Royal mail have lost a few of my items. I even get mail for other houses on the estate (nothing worth nicking).

Are you getting loads of mice and selling them on Ebay, making this thread to try and back up the tale you're telling to OcUK?

That's odd, because over the christmas holidays when my SS gift didn't turn up (TWICE) people thought it was impossible.

It's unlucky when it happens isn't it :(

Will do, thanks for the advice :)

Cannot claim from Royal Mail if you a business customer now. They stopped it!

I bought a pair of boots on the bay last weekend. I get a note through my door yesteday saying that I have to go to my local sorting office and collect it as insufficient postage was affixed. I had to pay £6.30 to get the parcel (£5.30 postage & £1 handling fee). I take a few photos and contact the seller. He sends me a scan of his proof of postage and receipt for £5.30 postage. Apparently the person at the PO counter (it had to go via a counter as the box was way too large for a postbox) took the money but forgot to add the stamps. Muppet!
Anyway, the seller immediately refunded the £6.30, asked for my photos (happy to help) and will now chase the PO. :)
