Royal Mail first class recorded?

Oh. Bit stupid having tracking only once the item is delivered. Oh well I guess it's why it's the cheaper delivery option.

I will just give it one more day and if I hear nothing il open a dispute, what annoys me the most, is the fact the seller didnt chose Special Next Day Delivery, if he/she had he would have had a nice sale, sad tbh.

if it was for an iphone especially:eek:

First class only covers up to £50

Tbh, It wasn't clever of you to buy an expensive phone without proper delivery (Seller's fault but you went for it as well). If you are savvy enough to buy off ebay , you should really know , you need RMSD as 1st class isn't trackable nor has enough compensation.

You'll get your money back no problem but unnecessary hassle for you could easily have been avoided. Theres plenty of iphone sellers on the bay I'm sure.

sending an item via recorded
delivery Is meant to be the safest way possible.

If he says this he hasnt a clue, recorded delivery gets treated exactly the same as normal first or second class mail, just that when it gets to the delivery location they are supposed to get a signature.

If he wanted the safest way possible he should have been using special delivery - ie a guaranteed and fully tracked service, or a courier.

Sounds like a scammer who hopes to come across a naive buyer who doesnt make a dispute.

Why would you not otherwise offer it?

Also the seller will get stung with £41 in fvf from his previous sale.
