It does make you realise that there's maybe more to it than the oft quoted 'lazy workers, sack the lot of 'em'. It does seem that both management and the workers have some blame - and both are going to drive the company into the ground.

also the cheques would have to recorded deliverly,see how they like waiting in all day,then you just nip to the shop and they have been and put a flipin card threw the door![]()
Suerly if you don't turn up to work for a few days they are legally allowed to sack you. Why not just sack them all? I would.
We have so many unemplyed, how would it be hard to find more people willing to do the work. I doubt it would solve the problem because it isn't mainly the postmens fault but it would get rid of the strike.
