RPM Speeds and Size

Just a question, You can get 10krpm raptor drives at 150gb and normal 7200rpm ones at like 500gb++, so why cant they make ones with high storage with 10krpm speed? Thanks and sorry to sound noob.

EDIT: sorry posted this in motherboards, thourght I was in Hard Drive section :S.
 
The faster drives probably require more space per GB storage. It's also a matter of cost. A 500GB Raptor drive would be insanely expensive.
