RS6

I agree with you to a point, I just think my expectations were low so I was nicerly surprised, thinking it would be a missile and handle like a boat, I was mistaken, it wasn't bad at all, having said that I am not comparing it to RS4's and M3 CSL's because it is a completely different car, built for a completely different reason. This thing has a massive luggage space and would seat a family of 5 or 4 overweight adults very comfortably, and go at warp speed in the process. Mission accomplished Audi! Like I say, if I was rich I'd buy one for a family car, but there would be other cars to get my handleing kicks in.

not driven an RS4, but had a ride round oulton park in the new one, and yes, just yes!

My problem was my expectations were so high, I think down to what I'd read and for some reason thinking the RS's were really hardcore. I think I got that impression from the original RS (the super weapon estate developed with Porsche I think?).
The comparisons I made between RS6 and CSL were natural only because the CSL is my day-to-day car. Obviously they're totally different classes and I wouldn't normally go out to directly compare the two from a head-to-head shootout point of view.
