RSI?

What exactly is RSI? As (maybe my imagination) i have just started a new job im into my third week and i am basically sat at a desk all day on a pc, and the last couple of days i have noticed my click finger (for mouse i.e. my right index) spasms.

If i rest my had on the table it shakes, and its happening all the time its really odd, its as if im resting on a nerve or something,

Could this just be me being neurotic (sp?), funny thing is when i didnt work i spent 70% of my day infront of a pc at uni etc

I have RSi... was once very bad and I suffered greatly. Now I still get pain but not as bad... i've had to change my computing habits quite a lot.

Either way it sucks bigtime and has interfered badly with my martial arts, I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
