Getting bad RSI a the moment, particularly since I started my new job. Am tempted by a trackball but just found out about this http://www.evoluent.ca/ It makes a lot of sense, even when I just put my hand in that position it feels more natural. What say you?

Right hand only, on the right side of my wrist mainly, i have an mx1000 which has helped a bit and had my desk adjusted and what not so it's a bit better. Just don't want to do any permanent damage and am really tempted by this vertical mouse, just put off by the price unfortunately :/
thanks guys, going to take all this on board. Have found the evoluent for £59 which seems to be cheapest anywhere.
Richdog, keyboards look great, I need a 5 button mouse though unfortunately due to the nature of my work.
I do have a powerball and used to use an intellimouse pro but I lost it when I changed jobs...funny though as I never used to suffer from it there, maybe I should just get one of those again.
