How much would you charge someone to add an RSS feed onto their site ?

For example You have a xml feed of news and someone wanted that feed adding onto their site with appropriate CSS styling if needed.

Would you charge an hourly rate for the required coding or would you just charge a flat fee ?

I'd probably charge per hour, because things inevitably go wrong .

There's still lots of factors to consider though.. is it for a small/large company (I'd charge smaller companies less), what language you're using (some might provide support already to read RSS), whether you can use an Open-Source RSS reader script or whether you need to code it all yourself.

If it was just a n XML feed I'd charge a smallish flat fee as there's not a lot to that.
