WingNut consisted of various people from rtcw.co.uk forum pretending to be a real clan so Cunny would play them and get raped. Can't remember the exact lineup, think maybe Cage/Vegas/BL etc...

Wow, you're referring to the really old days; that era almost slipped my mind... WingNut - yeah, I remember that whole thing, though I forgot they were called WingNut, and the players.. though I'm sure Cage was one of them.

Good to hear. Though it sucks not a lot of people play the game now. Hopefully this thread will encourage a few people.. However, apart from a few weeks earlier in the year, I haven't played since 2003.

I've been playing this recently (got it with the id super pack on steam), it works fine on Vista64 except that I have to disable AF or it sometimes crashes on level change. Very strange but I've seen something similar in another OpenGL game (Quakeworld), think it's an Nvidia driver issue.

The Destruction map is back online for those of you who enjoyed fragging in the courtyard, tossing nades aimlessly and causing mayhem in general. The server is only 20 slots but can be enlarged if traffic requires it.

I would expect more traffic later in the evening and more vets than noobs so if you fancy a bit of old school or just a change from Beach.
