Hopefully we will see reviews before they are released.

That's exactly what they wish to avoid...
Notice it's at 1440p. At 4K the 3070 will fall 10% behind I reckon, and counting RTX probably even further. A decent price but I feel like the 3080 is still a much better deal. Well, if you could buy one anyway.![]()
Why? Surely if they are worried about AMD they would release sooner to cream the sales. I think it is more likely price and where it sits against AMD.
Scenario: AMD announce new cards, have no stock in the short term but 3070 is available the day after with comparable performance. Good move by Nvidia?
AMD moving their Oct 28 announcement forward by 2 weeks to capitalise on the 3070 delay would be great![]()
Given the overhyped 3080 claims, I'd say 10-15% slow on average at least. Still will be a solid buy, but I think some will be disappointed (not to mention they won't be able to find it, haha).I think the 3070 will be a touch slower than a 2080ti personally.
It'll be somewhere between a 2080 super and a 2080ti.
There is no chance 3070 will beat 2080ti. Maybe with DLSS or Ray Tracing.
DOnt get fooled by Nvidia again.
