yeah I only push the extreme settings for benchmarks to see what score i can get then dial it down. I will set to 450w power as that seems to be the sweet spot.
Yeah I've been running mine at a 75% power limit with +230 to the core. Pulls ~435W total board power and comes within 1-2fps of stock in Cyberpunk/Wukong benchmarks while being much cooler. Doubt temps are a problem on your card though ;)

true but would rather use less power if I can get the same performance. Graphically challenged got 3 more fps compared to stock:

@parisv would you mind sharing your 9800XD CPU Zen-timings for RAM / overclock / undervolt settings? Your Timspy Extreme CPU scores are around 300 points or so above mine, so (3-7% faster)… I know these scores can fluctuate a fair bit but it bugs me that yours is higher :p

I’m not sure how much the GPU would affect the CPU test score… presumably not by much at all.

I'm using g.skill ddr5-8000. I bought it when 9800x3d benchmarkers were leaked thinking they would be the best but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Yes you are on the Hall of Fame list.

But you you down to 15th place now

See here :

thanks for this, I only spent 5 mins pushing it I will see what others have set above me and try again later.

Person at the top has GPU memory clock 17001 Mhz

vs mine 16001 Mhz

MSI afterburner only lets you go +2000 so not sure what i can do there?

Can you share some words on the FE and its coil whine, did that undervolt make it better? Kind of curious how it is on an UV, which is how I want to approach the card too.
So hard to find impressions in RL scenarios without an open case an a card blasting at 575w. Just hoping it won't be too bad.
