So this stuff only works in one specific instance for me - when only my dwf is on, in chrome, with youtube full screened. I cannot get it to activate in any other situation. I thought it'd work in like VLC player or WMP and stuff? And why not when my other monitor is on? It has HDR as well (albeit not great, it's that 1440p 280 hz alienware)

RTX HDR and super sampling - do these only work in internet browsers?

Supposedly it works also in VLC full screen but anything I've tried it in I can see zero difference.
