RTX3090 Thermal

[HatMan]

Greetings All.

I have an RTX3090. The temp gap between Core and Hotspot is now over 20c so I think it is high time it had a thermal overhaul. Would any of the experts here care to suggest a kit of pads and paste to remedy my thermals. Incidentally my Core, when playing FO76 at 3840x1600, is 70c and hotspot is 93c. If I turn my AC on in my room, both reduce in sympathy. The GPU is a Gigabyte OC version with 3x120mm directly underneath it. Thank you

I recall there being a few recommendations in the 3090 owners thread: https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/threads/the-ampere-rtx-3090-owners-thread.18898762/

Have a search of that and it should turn something up. Not done it myself yet, haven't gamed in ages with all the good weather.

A 20°C difference between the GPU temperature and the hotspot is the upper limit, but it’s still fine.
