Rubbing/Scraping noise from wheels(ish)

Hey guys,

Need a temporary boost in wisdom. I've got a scraping kind of sound (very quiet, audible on a quiet road) which you can feel through the floor and mainly the steering wheel. It tends to occur more when I'm slightly turning left.

New (1wk old) pads and disks on the front. It occured before the change but I thought it was down to the warped rotors.

Any help on this would be much appreciated!

sticky caliper perhaps? could have caused the warped rotors

More info please. Does it get faster with wheel speed as opposed to intermittent / going over bumps? Sounds like a wheel bearing.
