Is 4OD like iPlayer in that everything is full quality?

i tried to download an episode of university challenge i missed, but decided not to when i was getting 75 kb/sec and it was 300MB.

Yes you can stream or download for better quality

Does seem slower than BBC iplayer as can get tv from iplayer in about 5 mins for like a 300MB file
