Rugby union?

What a game. Scrappy as hell at the start from both sides, but really came good in the second half. France looked continuously threatening, but so did England. Finn Smith did such a great job of running to the line and making the passes to keep England going forwards.

how bad were France? How many knockons just as they were going to score? How many times did the lose the restart? How many stupid decisions did they make? Like winning the restart is a basic of Rugby, you shouldn't lose one, but losing two is a criminal. And Ramos should have kicked that ball as far down the pitch as he could.

Fair play to England for taking advantage of all those French mistakes.

As someone supporting France I think England were able to put the pressure on enough to make France make the mistakes. Even if not it was a strong and much more cohesive England team than normal.

France were all over the place early and I think England would have given up if France had been 20 points up at HT.

Sorry, but for me it's just a win that's papering over inch wide cracks, much like the win against Ireland last 6N. The coaching setup is just not enabling the best of a group of players that have huge potential, we're now stuck with Borthwick for at least another year and that will be to late for a WC push.

Happy for the win but these wins should be run of the mill, not moments of unexpected jubilation.

Victories against the current France and Ireland teams should be run of the mill? Come off it!
England are a solid side, but even with best management this team does not have the player pool that France, Ireland, South Africa and New Zealand have right now.
I think Borthwick is doing a solid job considering. I'd like him to add some more experience coaches around him, I want to see the team continue to evolve how they're playing. Replacing the head coach right now wouldn't fix anything, who would you even replace him with?

Great effort from England, thought they showed a lot of resilience. France fumbled a bit, but equally England kicking was weak. Second half I thought Earls was immense. Curry was also unbelievable, as he was against Ireland.

Scotland never really got going there. Ireland competed so well at the breakdown and then just took their chances. That head clash between Graham and Russell looked rough

Shockingly bad for Scotland today; if it wasn't for some great defending at times it could have been 50+ for Ireland.
I'd expect us to beat Wales but if we don't get a win against France or England I think Townsend might be struggling to hold onto his job.

Seems that Russell passed his HIA but seemed like he wasn't aware of where he was so they chose to keep him off.
Graham has been released from hospital with a concussion thankfully.
