Expectations for England couldn't be much lower in this tournament, the lowest I think it's ever been at the start of a world cup.

That was my thought, referees always ignore the speed at which events happen. We see it in slo-mo so much but I reckon the referee should be forced to watch in in every angle at normal speed several times before the first slo-mo.
