Rugby World Cup - who got tickets??

We are writing to let you know that your application for tickets to Rugby World Cup 2015 has not been successful. We received very strong demand for tickets and the matches which you applied for were balloted.

Remaining tickets will go back on sale in November and to show our appreciation for your support of the tournament we will be inviting you to be part of a priority sale. We will be in touch with you over the next couple of weeks to confirm all details.

France v Italy @ Twickenham
Wales v Uruguay @ Cardiff
Wales v Fiji @ Cardiff

Disappointed not to get any England games.
 
Im pretty chuffed with mine! Although everyone keeps telling me the semi final tickets will be like gold dust! I'm struggling to accept that I've just spend £2200 on 8 tickets to haha
 
I applied for:
- Eng v Wal
- Eng v Wal
- Sam v USA
- SA V Jap
- QF1
- QF4
- Final

Was successful for one game.... the final! It's the cheap sits, but still! :eek::D If England manage to make it that would be incredible!
 
Demand must have been huge for England though - can't be many opportunities to apply for tickets to a competitive England game without being a member I imagine? A lot of tickets got sold through rugby clubs too before the ballot didn't they? I guess they were capped but all the England tickets would have gone leaving the minimum number to be balloted.
 
Out of the 5 games we applied for got Australia v Uruguay at Villa Park. Not to unhappy with that as it's a twenty minute walk to the ground and still has some bearing on England's group, I suspect I'll be wearing everything sky blue that game ;) :p
