I was reading articles on Maximum PC's website, maximumpc.com , when I saw this article:

As many know, XFX is the only GPU company to offer a lifetime warranty that is transferable to another person after the GPU has been resold. With Fermi right around the corner, this could be a make-or-break time for XFX, based on whether it can still get by on ATI Radeon cards alone.
 
Would I be right in saying this has already been brought up? I'm sure I can remember reading a thread on here about this already...
