Run as admin....

Hey, Im having a little problem, I have just set up a new computer and installed windows 7 64 bit on it.
All was working fine then after loads of updates i can no longer run any programs on my computer with out right clicking and clicking run as admim.
When i click on lets say IE9 it brings up the working thing next to them mouse
then stops and when i go into task manager its there in processes.
Even when i open steam and try to play a game it just does nothing.

Any help would be great

That's strange...borked profile? Try creating a new user and see if it's the same

Well i dont know what i have done been messing with everything, but it
works now. If it stops working ill be coming straight back here.
