Run game in a window?

I've got an old 95 game that I want to play, but it runs fullscreen, and stretched to a 24" monitor it looks pretty bad.

So is there any way a can run it in a window at its default resolution?

I've tried adding -w and -w 640 -h 480 to the shortcut, but it doesn't work.

iirc there should be some dailog in the properties window where you can choose how to run it

Nope, just 256 colours,640x80 res and disable visual themes.
