I'm thinking to make a general weight loss thread, so was searching to see what was out there already and found this thread. Probably best to make a new thread still... but I was curious, how is it going now @kirkster?
Normally takes a good few months, if you can eat a little less and a little more healthier than previously, then when you start to up your training and your running several times a week, you should start to see a difference. I started running a few years back and managed to lose a couple of stone (that was over 18 months) once I was training several times a week. Keep going.
