Running/Cycling/Good diet but not much weight loss....

Normally takes a good few months, if you can eat a little less and a little more healthier than previously, then when you start to up your training and your running several times a week, you should start to see a difference. I started running a few years back and managed to lose a couple of stone (that was over 18 months) once I was training several times a week. Keep going.
