running + feeling sick

Does anybody else get this? When ever i go running, be it on station with the PE'd guys or by myself like i just have done, about 5 minutes into the run i start needing to be sick? I don't sprint so i don't think its lactic acid, and its normally an hour-two hours after ive eaten so i don't think its that, ive just been for a 2 mile run by myself now, stopped twice for 2 minutes because i was gipping, any ideas?

Might sound stupid but are you breathing correctly, I find that if I push myself hard shortly after a meal and don't concentrate on breathing (or if I hold my breath for spells) then I feel a lot worse than I otherwise would. :)
Hmm i might not be, whats the correct way to breath when your running? I thought you had to just forget about it and let your body breath how it wants to?
