Running game on secondary monitor

is it possible for me to run a game in full screen on my secondary monitor? i can only do it if its set as a primary monitor for programs to open to. im using an ati his radeon x1600xt (pci-e)
 
Games always use the primary monitor, as you've found out. Its easy to quickly set it as the primary monitor, then back again when you're done.
