Hello I need some expert help 
I have a friend who has a printer problem for printer HP LaserJet 2300 PCL6
It keeps coming up with the message when clicked (to check properties, etc) with:
A runtime error has occured. Line 190.
Error: object doesnt support this property or method.
It asks me to debug when i do it comes up with:
jobeta.calcwaitingtime (printername);
He is basically having problems printing to the printer it shows up fine within the printer properties, i can successfully ping to the printer, it shows the printer as ready, have rebooted the printer, oh yea it is attached to a network via router
edit: he said this has happened before and it had to be debugged, only prob neither me or him know how to debug
