Annoying somewhat. That's the best thing about the gym in Aylesbury is that it has a paltform and bumper plates, enabling me to actually try things I would try to do otherwise!

I'm running an HST For my deltas for the next 6 weeks. Loving it so far. The pump from 15s! OMG!

Week 1 was just around 30t of volume excluding warm up :cool:
