Looking very good. The extension is a great idea and has give you loads of extra room.
Don't forget to slate up or point where the strongboy (acrow was)

How much is that sort of extension ? Are you opening up any of the walls

A lot

. Not opening up any more of the walls, would involve moving the stairs and there's no room to do that without more/significant extra work. The extra wall allows for a u-shaped kitchen anyway.

Total for the extension is about 30k including everything bar kitchen.

Ah yeah that went ages ago - that was taken before the door and window were even fitted (obviously).

Did you dot and dab on the brick walls or cement before plastering? Been told that not many people cement walls first these days. They dot and dab plasterboard and then skim.

Oh in the bedrooms? Yeah they were cemented first. Bricks aren't up to much!
