I just saw this review of the RX470 tested with the G4560 and a few Core i5 and Core i7 CPUs:

Apart from one game, there seems to be virtually no difference in the percentage drop between the G4560 and a Core i7 7700K using the RX470 or a GTX1060.

I remember reading somewhere, the ReLive drivers improved GPU overhead,so it does seem this might be the case.

I've seen some similar benchmarks, and the Pentium does lag behind in some games, but for it's price, it looks like a mental chip, complete no brianer if you're on a budget.

The "console killer" title is just clickbait (i.e. SEO), but tbh you can make a full PC for like £500 with a 470 & G4560, while the PS4 PRO is around £350. Considering the performance gap between the two, it's definitely close pricing (you can also make an argument that running costs of the consoles are higher so you'll recoup that £150 fast - plus cheaper games and more options). Then again, don't forget these videos aim at US audiences too, where you can get a 470 for just bloody $115! Madness!

I think it would have been better had they used a 480 instead of the 470.

The GTX 1060 6GB is a lot more expensive than the 470, the 480 is still cheaper and by the looks of his results also faster than the 1060.
