Make sure you book bags in for outbound and return flights. Ie. you take 1 bag out, 1 returns, you need to put 2 down on the site. Happened to us when we put 4 bags to take (as we took 4 bags) and then had to pay £50 @ the airport to be able to bring them all back again!
