So downloaded this today after playing it on Xbone and am disappointed by the performance, everything maxed on 4k is giving like 10+ fps joke

Try adding another Titan Black, that might do the trick.

Oh and more RAM, you've definitely not got enough.

Is this game compatible with DDR3? You might want to follow Josh's advice and get the 5960X, it uses DDR4

Ryse is a bit OCD, it likes even numbers. 3 Titans is the culprit.
