I have a sneaky suspicion that you wacked up the supersampling setting which off the top of my head goes up to x2 which means you're playing at 2x 4k resolution. Would probably explain your rubbish fps. Turn it off as you don't need supersampling at 4k.

Yep turns out this was it. res was 4k but with ovr 2x2 supersampling effectively 8k it was laggy but my goodness was it pretty.
 
Good to know a Titan Black Tri-Sli can't handle 8k.

Will keep my money in the bank, was about to press buy!

I thought i'd give this game a go, it's an utter pile of CACK!

Low FOV etc Yet when I left the game to edit the system.cfg file, came back to the last known cutscene, which was some ways ahead of the start. It decided to reload all the intro, and get me to do the first part again.

How does it feel that you can spend £3000 on cards and I can spend like £1000 and beat them less than 2years on because nvidia always nerfs old cards.

Depending on his level of disposable income (I'm guessing high), and the fact that it may be his primary hobby, he probably doesn't care. :p

You need to hold your PC to an aircon unit on full blast while playing 4k. I thought everyone knew this
