The way these ports are going and some strange limitations you never know if even 60fps will be a thing of the past.
Sad but true.

Is there no multi GPU support for this game?
There is a bug with the game that stops multi gpu from working properly. A future game update should address this issue.![]()
Crytek released a patch yesterday that specifically improved Nvidia GPU performance.
Sli plays awful serious slow down walking around turning around gtx 980 also weird flickering with sli also on the bad guys , if you disable sli there is still that weird slow down that wasn't there before even with frame rate showing high numbers its , not as bad as sli , not sure if its related to the new nvidia drivers or patch or both , but i would not recommned updating things if you have a 980 things are worse please look into this crytek.
Getting seriously bad slowdown caused by random drops in SLI usage on SLI 980s. SLI usage will randomly drop to ~50% every other second making the game unplayable.
I'm able to finally use my 2nd GTX 780 for SLI! Both run @99% usage and I get aorund 46-80 FPS. Thats everything maxxed out @1080p except SS which is @1.5, still very good i think. I played for 2 hours and everything was smooth the whole way, no crashes and consistant usage by the GPU's.
probably worth pointing out that
What's the bug?
It's flying along on my 290X's in CrossFire, the only fault I'm getting is when you continue after you die, there is an almost transparent 'screenshot' that usually fades away after a few seconds, very occasionally it persists until a scene change-is that it matt?
Not really, it isn't part of GE/TWIMTBP afaik, performance is down to dev/vendor co operation, nothing else.
