Hello All,
I recently upgraded from a 2200G to a 3600 on my 2nd PC.
I have Ryzen Master installed and I can see that the maximum voltage is set to Auto.
I was using the cooler that came with the 3600 and then upgraded it to the Pure Rock 2 which made the idle temps go from 47C to 33C.
Is it OK to leave the volts on auto at all or should I set it manually?
The motherboard its used with is a gigabyte ab350m gaming 3 on the latest bios, I remember reading awhile ago that you should change it from auto as some boards can put too much volts through the processor causing an early death of the cpu or heat that is not required.
This is running at stock with no OC applied.
If I need to change any bios settings can anyone tell me what they are called? I have had a look in there but unsure of which ones to change.
