Ryzen 7 1700 typical oc on stock cooler

Hi guys, but of a novice when it comes to building rigs but about to get a ryzen 1700 mainly for video editing. I'm not into water cooling and noise doesn't bother me so would like to keep the stock cooler. What's the typical overclock I can expect and what is the max voltage I can expect to run to cpu? Thanks
