Good suggestion, could well be RCD tbf. RCD does help lower latency in Aida so always want it as low as you can go, assuming stability of course.

Hynix M really doesn't like that 36 setting on RCD and Pre, you'd be better off at 38 and bump Mclk to 6200. I've not seen anything fail at that with 38 or 39 on M die. More recent bins may do them reliably but I doubt it. The gradual switch over to A die will change that though (if Hynix do actually discontinue M die and just make A die)

Samsung based kits however do run reliably at 36 (they just don't scale in frequency as well) which is what led me to think it was actually a Samsung based kit without seeing that CPU-Z shot listing the IC's as Hynix

My m die kit did 36 at 6000 without issue, but that was GSKill Expo and may have been binned tbf.

I'd try 30, 38, 38 and then tighten everything else as per Matt's suggestions. Primary timings don't really make a big impact. Seconds and tertiarys do however and this is where you want to focus your efforts to get anything out of that kit above EXPO settings.
Go look at the "Actually hardcore overclocking" channel on youtube. Buildzoid (the channel creator) has some vids to help you grasp DDR5 tuning without just following settings with little to no knowledge of what it all means.
Learning the nuances of DDR5 will help you tune your kit without just blindly following settings being given to you.

Hynix M really doesnt like those RAS to CAS 36 and RAS Precharge 36 settings. you can take it much further with those 2 settings at 38 or 39. It's entirely bin dependent sticks do vary a fair amount.
38 and 39 will also let you take those sticks to 6200 and 6400 if the rest of your system can handle it.

I've gone ahead and applied the other timings and going to let it run overnight. See how it goes. All going well, I'll give 37 a go. Thanks a lot @Legion and @LtMatt I really appreciate it.

EDIT - We really want geardown mode disabled though before we go further.

Try it 6200 though. Main thing that will need a bump will be DRAM voltage, try 1.45VDD and 1.35 VDDQ at current timings. VSOC might be okay or might need a small bump.

It booted with 6200 just fine, but failed within 16sec in mem test. Worth a try though.
