My motherboard is a Asus M2N4-sli, I use the onboardd audio it has a built in S/PDIF

There should be a small 2 pin connector on the top of your card that connects to the spdif headder on your soundcard/motherboard.

You should have gotten a small cable with the card that connects to the 2 pin connector on the card and then the other end plugs into the spdif port on your motherboard or soundcard.
Set the spdif as default device under windows and let her rip :D

pitty I cant do that, I don't have the cables.

Could make one your self if you have a spare cd audio cable.
Failing that you could google "spdif cable 2-pin".
