Sabrent Rocket Q 1TB NVMe vs Sn550 WD vs Crucial P1

Looking to upgrade my PCIE from 500GB to 1TB. Looking at Rocket Q or SN550 or Crucial P1. What should I go for?

I understand they use different NAND or something where the SN550 is superior?

That's the PCIE 4.0 one no?

Versus SN550 from OCUK for £94.99 am I likely to tell £30 difference?
My board does not support PCIE 4.0 anyway so would be running at 3.0 speeds
