Safari Issue

Running Safari 9.0.3, and I'm getting an annoying problem where by I'm having to click a link a few moments after clicking it, as it stops loading on first attempt.

Its not the internet, as it happens wherever I am, and my windows laptop works fine at home.

Any ideas? Thanks.

For weird stuff like that, I just reinstall OSX. If you've got time machine set up, a fresh copy of OSX is downloaded, installed and back as you left it in about half an hour. Just click go and take a decent magazine to the bog.
