Safari on Leopard rendering pages slowly

Update: Been using Safari 4 beta for the past hour and can honestly see no differences whatsoever and it still pauses when loading pages

Give Firefox a try. I've always been very much against it on OS X, but I've just given FF 3.0 a go, and I'm quite taken.

Im on firefox 3 now and seems to load soo much faster than safari on leopard. ive reset both browsers, and started them both at the same time, firefox is simply quicker to drag pages off the interwebnet.
