Safe overvoltage on gtx 1070

I have a white HOF 1070 and when updating the bios i downloaded the Galax Xtremetuner plus just a bit weary of using it any input?
How high can you put the voltage on a 1070 ?

Pretty sure the voltage is hard locked, so whatever you set it to it won't matter. Unless the HOF 1070 is some sort of special edition where this is possible?

Seems you can overvolt up to 1.3 volts
just used the basic 5% overclock and it boosted to 2113mhz
