Hi guys, recently installed a SSD and it seems to be running fine.

The E:\ Drive here is my old Windows 7 Main HDD, Im not overly familiar with disk management so is there anything in the labels here that means I shouldn't format it?

I tried to format it through the interface here but I get an error message, Any ideas?

When you installed the SSD and loaded windows on it did you have all your other drives disconnected?

If you did not then your MBR files could still be on your E drive.

Try to boot up without the E drive connected.
If it will not boot up you may need to do a repair from the windows disk.
Then once it will boot up you can plug your E drive back in and it should format ok

hope this helps.
