Has anyone been on one of these courses ?
It stands for Safe And Fuel Efficient Driving.
It takes a day to train two people from 9am till 4pm, and i just want to know exactly what happens between 9 and 4
( The training is based on drivers who pilot both cars and vans )
For example,
9.15 am : Read something about fuel
Ive got to do this course in a couple of weeks ( For work ) and nobody seems to have any course information and the interweb has nothing useful either
