I noticed that my 6950 2gb card with an aftermarket cooler (Gelid Solutions Icy Vision Rev.2)is sagging at one end because of the weight and I would like to have that end supported somehow.

Got any ideas?

Only thing i can think off is making a pole sort of thing just the right hight from the bottom of my case to the card but it wont look very good. (have see through window mod).

Ive heard about those cardkeeper things,i emailed them asking which one would be suitable for my 6950 and they wouldnt really give me a proper answer...plus going by the desighn of those cardkeepers it wouldnt be any good anyway because of the 2x 6pin power plugs been where the cardkeeper would have to support the card = cutting down the card keeper which would defeat the whole point of having it. :D

hey, never even knew about those Scythe ninja wire, that actually looks just what i need, and ithe top of my case inside has preferated holes so id be able to hang it from there.!

thanks man!

No worries mate :)

On an unrelated note, how far does your 860 clock? Mine hits a barrier at 4.6 under water, cannot get it stable even with 1.6v :(

Big thanks again mate,I did not know about that wire!
I recieved the ninja wire yest morning, looks like it will be perfect for the job...just gotta put it in...not had chance yet as ive got to move my top 120m fan over so i can attach the top of the ninja wire to the roof of the case.

My 860...not sure what the top is tbh,ive got it to 4Ghz stable (cant remember voltage and stuff) but even with my Prolimatech it runs too warm idle for my liking (around 42-45c idle each core. :( )

So i just leave it at 3.8 which is around 37-39c each core.

I have some Shin-Estu on the way,We will see how that does.
