is that the one with the plane and the guys with the rocket launchers ?

if so, i found that really hard also, u gotta take out thos launcher dudes asap then concentrate on shooting the plane. if you have the pimp cane shotgun, use that, as it's very effective
 
I dunno about anyone else but I ofund on that last Los Carnarles mission all guns in my inventory were set to 'infinite ammo'

Rocket Launcher - fire at will! :D
 
easy way to kill those guys is use the AK and for every man that has a RL there are barrels next to him, shoot them as its easier target and boom they go down.

Just done all the missions now and onto the final ones the "3rd street ones" damn 1st one is tough lol

Doing really badly with the races as well have only done one or two i keep getting span out :(
 
for the races i have been using the fbi cruser (suv)

all the other racers will be in standard suv's and the fbi cruser is a lot faster than them, also it is relatively slow compared to the sporty cars, so easier to control. give it a shot, it worked for me :)
 
I found the Mayhem missions really easy in the end. As long as you have infinite ammo on the rocket launcher (which you will do most of the time), just stand there blowing up everything that comes by to get your police rating up. When it hits 4 stars take out the chopper right away, which will get you to 5 stars, which brings the FBI vehicles, which take 2 RPG shots to kill, but give mucho money when you blow them up. I did level 8 each time with over half the time remaining.
